ASCO designs Series 342 filter and regulator for harsh environments.

ASCO valve have beeen providing valve products, industrial automation and fluid automation solutions for many decades. With over 100 years of manufacturing expertise, innovation and engineering are a regular process at their R&D centre. ASCO products have found their way to many nuclear power, medical, analytical instrumentation, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, automotive, packaging, petroleum, chemical and F&B industries across the globe. The latest innovation from ASCO, the Series 342 filter and regulator is an all stainless steel 316L construction. The ASCO Series 342 is designed for use in harsh environments, such as oil and gas exploration, transmission, refining, water, waste water treatment and chemical industries. The ASCO Series 342 provides better control of pressure regulation at significantly higher flow rates. The fine pitch on the regulator bolt and dual/nested inner springs allow for precise pressure regulation. The ASCO Series 342 removes moisture effectively. Moist air and dirt that enter the inlet port are subjected to centrifugal action causing them to seperate. Liquids and dirt fall to the bottom and are collected in a bowl. The ASCO 316L Stainless Steel Filter and Regulator are available with ¼” and ½” NPT port connections. DOWNLOAD VALVE SOLUTIONS APP. Metso innovates control valve technology with Neles Q2-Trim

For more than 30 years Metso’s patented Q-trim technology has been the industry benchmark for rotary noise attenuation solutions in challenging applications. Now Metso adds a new level of performance by introducing the new Neles Q2-Trim which solves aerodynamic noise problems and reduces noise up to 30 decibels compared to a typical control valve. Metso’s frontrunning Q2-Trim technology is a combination of various techniques resulting in multiple benefits for customers. The Q2-Trim eliminates the damage that high noise can cause to process plants, its employees and the surroundings. The Q2-Trim also ensures a safe working environment for plant personnel and a stable process control with reduced interruptions in running of the plant. By reducing the noise and related vibrations to acceptable levels, the Q2-Trim technology also protects process equipment thus lowering the operating costs and minimizing the need for spare parts for valves and other accessories. Combining the Q2-Trim technology with the quarter-turn valves results in emission levels that meet all relevant industry standards. Compact size and selection of mounting positions means less pipeline support and easier piping layout design.DOWNLOAD VALVE SOLUTIONS APP. WANT TO PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCT? FEEDBACK @anand_rkrishnan

Fisher Fieldvue DVC6200 innovates new control valve travel feedback

The Fieldvue DVC6200 digital valve controller from Fisher achieves linkage less, non contact feedback for Control valve travel. This HART communicating, microprocessor based digital valve controller can be mounted on sliding stem, rotary, single or double acting actuator. Some of the unique features of the Fieldvue DVC6200 are its two way digital communication platform that enables you to make accurate real time process management decisions. The Fieldvue DVC6200 has a fully encapsulated printed wiring board that resist the effects of vibration, temperature, and corrosive atmospheres. The Fieldvue DVC6200 is environment friendly, through a limit switch or leak detector it can trigger an alert if thresholds are exceeded. With the Fieldvue DVC6200 remote features you can limit your exposure to hazardous environment and difficult to approach installations. The self diagnostic capability of the Fieldvue DVC6200 does not require the valve to be dropped from line for troubleshooting. Finally the Fieldvue DVC6200 is intelligent, the single master module can be removed from the instrument housing without disconnecting the field wiring, pneumatic connections, or stem linkages. It is most ideal for applications that experience high levels of vibrations, corrosion or material entrapment.DOWNLOAD VALVE SOLUTIONS APP. WANT TO PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCT? FEEDBACK @anand_rkrishnan
